How do we do it?
At the core of Convexity’s approach is a first-of-its-kind industrial 3D printing system designed specifically for high-volume manufacturing.
Our technology prints fully functional circuit boards copper, substrate, and all entirely additively. Using custom materials and high-speed direct-write techniques, we can manufacture complex, high-performance PCBs without the need for traditional photolithography, etching, or milling.
Instead of a centralized factory, we deploy clusters of these printers directly next to our customers. They operate in parallel to deliver precise, production-grade boards on demand—no delays, no tooling, and no overseas logistics.
This cloud manufacturing model makes electronics manufacturing faster, more flexible, and fundamentally more resilient.
